विक्रांत नरूला होटेल ग्रैंडीओस के अंदर जाते है अकेले रूम नम्बर 3046 में जाके आत्महत्या करते हैं। सात दोस्त सम्राट, मंगेश , अचिंत , नील , नीना , सोनिया , और मैगी एक क्लब में मिलते है काफ़ी साल बाद। अपने दोस्त नील के विदेश जाने की ख़ुशी में वही उन्हें पता चलता है, एक ख़ाली होटेल जिसकी कहानियाँ बहुत मशहूर थी वह भी डरावनी कहानियाँ।
सातों दोस्त होटेल के अंदर जाने की कोशिश करते हैं लेकिन सामने वाला गेट बंद था तो वह सब पीछे के दरवाज़े से जाते है। नीना को कुछ बहुत अलग महसूस होता है लेकिन नील आके उसका ध्यान भटका देता है। जब सब नीचे उतरते हैं तो वहाँ उन्हें एक टी वी दिखा। अचिंत और नील को उसमें से आवाज़ सुनाई देती है जो कहती है स्वागत है मरने के लिए।
उन्हें लगता है यह भ्रम है। वो सब रूम नम्बर 3046 में जाते है और वहाँ जाते ही सम्राट की मौत हो जाती है। बाथरूम में जाकर यह सब देखके घबराके सब वहाँ से भागते हैं। लेकिन उन्हें जाने का रास्ता नहीं मिलता। वह उस भूतिया होटेल में फंस जाते हैं और उनके मोबाइल के सिग्नल भी चले जाते हैं। अचिंत और मंगेश छत ढूँढते हैं ताकि उन्हें सिग्नल मिल पाए लेकिन मंगेश को भी वो चुड़ैल मार देती है।
पूरे दोस्तों के ग्रूप को एक चुड़ैल डराने लगती है फिर वह चुड़ैल सोनिया को अंधेरे में ले गयी। तीन लोग मरचुके थे। चार लोग जो ज़िंदा थे उन्हें एक ख़ाली जीप मिलती है जिसकी मदद से वह बाहर जाने की सोचते हैं लेकिन घूमते घूमते वो वापिस कमरा नम्बर 3046 में आ जाते है। फिर उन्हें समझ आता है की उन्हें सुबह 4 बजे तक ज़िंदा रहना है। तभी उन्हें सोनिया मिलती है। अचिंत और नील को लगता है वो चुड़ैल है लेकिन वो सोनिया होती है।
वह सबको सच्चाई बताती है कि इस होटेल में माया नाम की चुड़ैल है। वह बताती है की होटेल से पहले यहाँ एक मेंटल अस्पताल हुआ करता था। उसको यहाँ इसलिए अड्मिट किया था क्यूँकि उसने अपने पूरे परिवार का खून किया था। उसको लगता था कि उसकी शादी एक शैतान से हुई है। सबको पता लग जाता है की माया ही है जो उन्हें डरा रही है।
सोनिया माया से पूछने की कोशिश करती है कि माया क्या चाहती है। तभी माया जवाब देती है कि वह बस सबको मारना चाहती है। उसके बाद माया सोनिया को मार देती है। नीना नील से समय पूछती है वो बताता है उसे 3:44 तभी नीना को याद आता है, यहाँ सारी घड़ियाँ उसी टाइम पर रुकी है। फिर वो वापिस कमरा 3046 में जाते हैं और वहाँ से एक बुक मिलती है जिसके मंत्र वो पड़ते हैं।
और उन्हें पता चलता है कि एक मशीन में माया की सारी शक्तियाँ हैं और उन्हें उसे जलाना है। सब मशीन को जलाने के लिए समान ढूँढने गए किचन में मैगी और नील को माया मार देती है और फिर अचिंत का गला काटके उसको भी मार देती है। बचती है नीना, नीना को मारने की बहुत कोशिश करती है लेकिन विक्रांत नरूला के भूत नीना की मदद करता है और नीना मशीन को जला देती है और सुबह होते ही होटेल के दरवाज़े खुलजाते है और नीना बच जाती है।

Hotel grandiose की कहानी in english
Vikrant Narula goes inside Hotel Grandios and commits suicide by going to room number 3046 alone. Seven friends Samrat, Mangesh, Achint, Neel, Neena, Sonia, and Maggie meet after many years in a club. He comes to know about the happiness of his friend Neil going abroad, an empty hotel whose stories were very famous, that too horror stories.
The seven friends try to go inside the hotel but when the front gate was closed, they all go through the back door. Neena feels something very different but Neil comes and distracts her. When everyone got down, they saw a TV there. Achint and Neel hear a voice from him saying welcome to die.
They think it is an illusion. They all go to room number 3046 and the emperor dies as soon as they go there. Seeing all this going to the bathroom, everyone runs away in panic. But they can’t find a way to go. They get trapped in that haunted hotel and their mobile signal also goes out. Achint and Mangesh search the terrace so that they can get the signal but Mangesh is also killed by the witch.
A witch starts scaring the entire group of friends, then the witch takes Sonia into the dark. Three people were dead. Four people who were alive find an empty jeep with the help of which they plan to go out but while roaming they come back to room number 3046. Then they understand that they have to survive till 4 in the morning. Then he meets Sonia. Achint and Neel think she is a witch but she is Sonia.
She tells everyone the truth that there is a witch named Maya in this hotel. She tells that before the hotel there used to be a mental hospital here. He was admitted here because he had killed his entire family. She thought that she was married to a devil. Everyone comes to know that it is Maya who is scaring them.
Sonia tries to ask Maya what Maya wants. Then Maya replies that she just wants to kill everyone. After that Maya kills Sonia. Nina asks Neel for the time, he tells her that at 3:44, Nina remembers, all the clocks here have stopped at the same time. Then they go back to room 3046 and get a book from there, whose mantras they recite.
And they come to know that a machine has all the powers of Maya and they have to burn it. Maya kills Maggie and Neel in the kitchen in search of something to burn all the machines and then kills Achint by slitting his throat. Survives Nina tries hard to kill Nina but Vikrant helps Narula’s ghost Nina and Nina sets the machine on fire and early morning the hotel doors open and Nina escapes.
